 Though it can be frightening, may be confusing to shift our views, and see new, unknown things in place of the old, away from what is familiar, it is necessary for growth, regardless of the challenges. It is for the good of our mental, emotional, psychological, and physical health. In fear, we can procrastinate, delay, turn a blind eye, hem, and haw, but we only remain stuck in life.
