Cast

The film has some fantastic Award winners to light up the screen including the Oscar winner Forest Whitaker, he is known for his outstanding performance in Black Panther and The Last King of Scotland. Whitaker will play the character of toymaker Jeronicus Jangle. Keegan-Michael Key, is a fantastic comedian and known for his work in Toy Story 4 and The Lion King. he will be playing the Jangle’s apprentice, who steals the most prized creation. And the newcomer Mandalen Mill will portray the character of Jeronicus’s granddaughter. Along with them, the Grammy Award winner John Legend, musician Davy Nathan and songwriter, Phylicia Rashad, Philip Lawrence will appear in unnamed roles.

The Plot

It is a musical adventure journey set in Cobblenton, which is the home of toymaker Jeronicus Jangle (played by Whitaker). When his loyal apprentice stole his most prestigious award, his granddaughter tried to heal the wounds and reawaken the magic within with the help of a long-forgotten invention.

David E. Talbert, the American screenplay writer, wrote the script of the film. He is best known for his projects like El Camino Christmas. First Sunday, which featured original songs of Bruno Mars’ and John Legend collaborated with music producer Davy Nathan and Philip Lawrence.
