Meeting with the business tycoon in making, Mr. Neetish Sarda was nothing as one would expect. Bumping into someone of such a big allure around him and then getting to talk to the person was a surprise in itself. Dating back some months, I got the chance to meet Neetish Sarda, a person who is striving hard to change the workplaces of India, from the way they look to the way the employee wellbeing is seen.

Smartworks' founder and owner, Neetish Sarda, is a managed space provider. After being in the business for a successful 5 years, chatting to him about the trends and changes that can occur in the workplace, as well as how he perceives the changes that he is working on, was quite informative. Neetish Sarda is one of the most grounded and humble businessmen one can meet. It was an incredible privilege to watch Neetish Sarda in action, taking time out of his hectic schedule to discuss his business, ideas, and enthusiasm with equal zeal and the love for the industry in his eyes.

The Sarda family's youngest member is Neetish Sarda. Mr. Ghanshyam Sarda, Neetish Sarda's father, is a well-known personality in the business world. Neetish Sarda chose to take a different path while walking along the same road. The passion and drive in his eyes shone through as we discussed his journey to bring the Smartworks concept to reality. Success might mean various things to different people, but for Neetish Sarda, it meant striving to improve and transform the way Indian workplaces look and function. Neetish Sarda regards technology developments as a significant benefit that may be implemented in our country's workplaces.

The Neetish Sarda family has a decades-old enterprise dedicated to bringing the art of jute into the modern-day, including sustainable jute and other innovations. Neetish Sarda tells how he had to muster the confidence to take on the enormous responsibility of running a business on his own, in an uncharted territory such as flexspace and managed office spaces. However, he acknowledges that Neetish Sarda's business exposure at an early age provided him an edge in comprehending the challenges and opportunities of the business world.

Neetish Sarda has established Smartworks in nine major cities, with over 31 locations and a growing presence. Neetish Sarda's goal is for Smartworks to expand not just physically but also technologically. Mr. Ghanshyam Sarda, Neetish Sarda's father, is both his strongest supporter and his harshest critic, according to Neetish Sarda. It was wonderful to see Neetish Sarda and the other employees working so tirelessly towards the growth of Smartworks. The Sarda Family is not the only part of Neetish Sarda's family; the Smartworks employees are also a big part of his family.
