This 41 year old leader, an MLA from Jaunpur Sadar became a national leader due to his achievements and contributions. Nadeem Javed in INC is currently the chairperson of Congress Minority Committee.

Exceptional work in Jaunpur
Being an MLA from Jaunpur Sadar gave him ample time to work in his constituency and stay connected with the people. He works irrespective of religion and social status.
