Mother Nature Knows Best

by skin care Health Products

Now is the best time to go green! Not only is there a plethora of organic and natural product options available on the market today, many of them are easily accessible in stores and online and cater to all types of people.

If anything, going green is more of a need and social obligation in our modern times due to the worsening effects of global warming, human rights violations, and animal cruelty practices.

Going green, inside and out

While eating a salad and green fruit and veggie smoothie may literally make you green on the inside, having a generally healthy diet, sleep schedule, and active lifestyle will promote better health and overall disposition.

On the outside, you can toss your synthetic cosmetics and creams and switch permanently to organic, natural products.

Guilt-free

Ethically sourced products mean that throughout every step of its creation and selling, respect and dignity were shown and practiced toward the people who helped make the products, as well as the environment the products were made in.

Some companies in certain countries try to mass produce their products at such a rate that they over work their employees at wages too small to feed their families.

Animal cruelty is another issue that is important to tackle when talking about the ethical integrity of a product and company. Animal testing is a hot topic, and rightfully so. Some research labs require animal testing to determine the toxicity and effects of medications before human trials can begin, however not all products are justified to undergo animal testing.

Many cosmetic companies create products now that do not undergo animal testing, and they are extremely safe products.

Natural glow up

After doing your personal research on proper dieting, exercise routines, and ethically sourced, natural products, you can start glowing up. When looking for products to use, try checking the label to see if the ingredients used are truly natural. If you can’t use it in a sentence, it’s likely that it’s a synthetic ingredient.
