Miles CMA student Anil shares his exp of the US CMA exam How to clear CMA course, Exam TIPS & more

Miles CMA student alumni Anil Krishna works with DXC technologies inc. and has an experience of over a decade in finance operations, financial planning, budgeting, analysis, and reporting. This was his first job where he joined immediately after graduation. Anil had reached a point in his career where he felt he needed to complete a professional qualification to improve his chances of promotion and improve career prospects. At this juncture, Anil started thinking and felt he must go for a professional qualification. He researched different courses available. One thing Anil had on his mind was not to spend a lot of time in completing the course and still getting the right qualification. That’s when he came across the CMA course being offered by Miles. Doing a day job and studying a professional course that is demanding was challenging to start with. Anil started off studying 2–3 hrs a day roughly around 20 hours a week. Anil further says while Varun sir motivated him to complete the course in 1–2 months of rigorous study, however, Anil worked at his convenience and paced to his comfort and completed the course in over 12 months. Anil feels the CMA video tutorials were very good and Varun Sir’s explanations were very easy to understand. The classroom faculty were able to help answer questions and solve the problems that really helped him. While the knowledge level varied with faculty to faculty, coming to the classroom and restarting the studying the CMA course helped Anil regain his confidence. Explaining the approach Anil took, he thinks going through the online question bank is the best way to target the exams because he had taken 2000 questions to revise.
