Many people believe that physiotherapy is a luxury and it is not important. Therapeutic exercises

Hydrotherapy

Facilitate flexibility of movement exercises.

 Promote resistance during reinforcement exercises.

Facilitate activities that require weighting on the ground.

 Facilitate manual treatment.

 Facilitate exercises that will increase the strength of both circulation and breathing.

 Ensure that the patient relax during the treatment session.

 Reduce the risk of injury, or re-infection in the rehabilitation program.

Manual therapy

Here, many different symptoms are diagnosed and treated using the hands so that the organ responsible for the pain or limitation in this organ is identified. It is divided so that it can be treated by moving or soft tissue treatment, and moving and treating the joints.

Thermotherapy

It is one of the most used methods, especially for patients with muscle tension. It aims to heat the affected area, increase the flow and pain relief.

Cryotherapy

Here, cold and low temperatures are used to treat pain, tension or swelling, to relieve pain, treat modern and chronic injuries, help movement, get rid of bloating, and muscle strain.

Electrolysis

This treatment aims to heat the affected area, to relieve pain and swelling, work on healing wounds, and rehabilitation of the muscle.
