Russo Acquisitions, a leader in the Real Estate Acquisition & Development space has recently set roots in the city of Memphis Tennessee. The company’s expansion team has been studying several markets over the past 6 months and decided Memphis would be the best fit for its new office.

“With its diverse inventory and growing population Memphis just seemed like a great fit for the direction we are taking the firm” says CEO Vincenzo Russo. “I had been intrigued by the city and its proximity to both Mississippi and Arkansas and thought this would be the right place to set our roots down in this part of the country”. The expansion into Memphis is just one of several new markets Russo Acquisitions has established a presence in over the past three years. Followed by this latest grand opening Russo Acquisitions plans to affiliate with selected community groups and become a part of the local community through sponsorship of local events and outreach programs.

The firm’s larger goal is within the next 12-18 months to establish a relationship and work with local government agencies to develop large parcels of vacant land and construct new affordable housing for the community, veterans and seniors who are most times priced out of their local neighborhoods due to the increase in prices of these emerging markets. On his recent trip to the city Mr. Russo said, “it’s been some time since I have seen so much opportunity for development in a condensed area” “if someone just stepped in with some vision and ability to execute these areas which seem to have been vibrant at one time could once again flourish”.
