So the idea is to build an email list of repeat buyers that you can regularly promote other peoples high converting products or rather their "affiliate links" to..It a refined and almost personalized source of traffic.
Now an affiliate link exactly is a personal link to promote some one else's product or service that you make commissions when someone clicks or buys through that particular link.

The 3 step method I outline below is designed to be an a quick over view of a HIGHLY profitable online business model that I frequently use and it gives you a better sense of how making money online is actually possible, removes some of the smoke and mirrors of making online commissions and shows that working from home and firing your boss is totally within your grasp IF you take action! :)

Step1: Squeeze n' Thank You Pages

Design or have someone design for you a nice yet simple squeeze page that attracts your audience and wets their appetite to your content and a solid thank you page that goes with it that perhaps has an additional affiliate link or two on it as well for additional sales on the way out so you can make even more money on the back end. To give further incentive for viewers to sign up for whatever your offering...

Step2: Fabulous Free offer or gift

For higher sign up rates and overall sales, include an irresistible gift or free offer that goes well with your niche and compliments your squeeze page offer and sounds almost as good as your squeeze offer. A Gift gives your prospect an additional incentive to sign up on your squeeze page which can also sign them up to your auto responder list that gives you permission to regularly promote to them via email. For this reason, your Gift is the most important thing about your squeeze page..

Step3: autoresponder list

Which is your own personal(consensual) email list that you can repeatedly advertize to and build a reputation through your automatic message sequences . whats great about an auto responder is that it's AUTOMATIC for one thing, You write the messages once, and they'll be sent automatically on time, in order to the people in your list .(yes, you can automate your sales efforts) Another wonderful thing about autoresponders is that if you miss that potential buyer the first time around with your squeeze page offer, if they signed up, you now have the time to build a relationship and try to promote something else. You now have multiple chances to convert that prospect into an actual buyer.

Now we won't get into it here but if you want to make outstanding sales, you then figure out what your list likes and you give the people what they want... Your basically building a free traffic resource and yourself as a brandable name...
