The Audi A4 is a luxury executive car manufactured since 1994 and is currently in its fifth generation since 2016. The 2022 A4 is part of the fifth generation and available as a four-door sedan or five-door wagon (Allroad) body style. The new A4, is a unique mix of technology and luxury with introduction of Audi’s latest MMI 10.1-inch high-resolution touchscreen infotainment system, LED headlights, and an updated front-end styling. Impressive Ride Quality

The 2020 A4 delivers an exciting driving experience and good ride quality. The suspension absorbs most dips and bumps while holding firm at taking corners. The steering response is nicely weighted and playful.

Turbocharged Engines

The 2020 A4 offers a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder with 188 hp or 248 hp and a 3.0-liter V6 with 349 hp. The average rating is 13 km/l for the front-wheel drive (FWD), 11.9 km/l for the Quattro all-wheel drive (AWD), and 11.5 km/l for the S4, Quattro all-wheel drive (AWD).

User-Friendly Infotainment System

The 2020 A4 comes with Audi’s 10.1-inch MIB 3 touchscreen infotainment which is placed within easy to reach for the driver. It is well-organized and the system is interactive with quick responses. Some models feature Audi’s Virtual Cockpit with a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster as standard. The 2020 A4 is in five seats arranged in two rows. The front seats are supportive, well-cushioned, and roomy, while the rear seats can be occuppeid by three adult.

Turbocharged Four-Cylinder

The 2020 A4 is available in a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder with 188 hp and 248 hp, and a 3.0-liter V6 with 349 hp. The base engine is a turbocharged four-cylinder, but you can opt for its upgraded version which is livelier. The base engine can accelerate from 0 to 97 kph in 7.1 seconds, while the upgraded 248 hp can accomplish it in 5.6 seconds, paired with a dual-clutch automatic transmission for smooth shifts.

Limited Standard Safety Features

The 2020 A4 has only a limited number of standard safety features including Rearview camera, Audi Pre Sense City, Audi Pre Sense Basic, and LED headlights with automatic high beams. Available optional safety features includes Audi Pre Sense Rear, adaptive cruise control with low-speed traffic jam assist, front and rear parking sensors, lane keep assist, surround-view parking camera system, hands-free parallel parking assist, head-up display, and traffic sign recognition.

Expensive Options

The 2020 A4 is available in Premium, Premium Plus, and Prestige trim models. With the base TFSI Premium model starts at US$37,400 MSRP while the Premium Plus models start at US$41,000, and the Prestige trim starts at US$46,950. For high-end customers, the A4 Prestige will be a great choice, with premium options and other features that can push its price to US$50,000 or more. It is easy to say that these models and options comes at a hgh price but really worth it when you start driving it. 

Small Cubby Storage

The 2020 A4 is accommodating but not spacious when it comes to interior storage . If you need more space you can split folds in a useful 40/20/40 configuration to accommodate much longer items in the boot. For the interior storage options, the A4 has its bins but cubbies are so small.

Orthodox Styling

The 2020 A4 looks sharper with its new headlights and tail lights with a more pronounced shield-style hexagon grille.You can opt for the optional S Line appearance package with a more high-performance looks.

Not Fuel Efficient AWD

The 2020 A4 is a frugal compact luxury car, but its AWD models is not. Average fuel consumption is 12.8 km/l for the base front-wheel-drive while the all-wheel drive model stands at 11.5 km/l, and the Allroad wagon stands at 11.05 km/l. The S4 with a V6 engine stands at 9.8 km/l.
