Never neglect the tenant screening process!And nothing matter that who you select to rent your home,be sure to get a security deposit just in case some thing goes wrong down the road.This will at least cover some of the expenses if you have problems at a later date.Ask the renter to get someone to cosign the lease with him.Remember that this will help you to do a background check on the cosigner as well.
