Job Title: Compliance Leader – Anti-Corruption Compliance

Location: Norwalk, Connecticut

Lead the development, implementation & management of GE Capital’s Compliance programs for Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC). Incumbent will provide subject matter expertise on ABAC regulatory requirements, best practices within the financial industry, develop and lead global program initiatives & governance and help lead a team of professionals on a functional basis.

As a direct report to the GECC Financial Crimes Compliance Leader, the GECC ABAC Compliance Leader will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the GECC compliance processes designed to comply with the ABAC laws and regulations in all applicable jurisdictions.

In this role, the successful candidate will:

• Develop and deploy GECC’s enterprise-wide compliance program for compliance with ABAC legal and regulatory requirements on a global basis, with specific deep expertise in the U.S. regulatory processes and expectations.
