JEE Main 2018 Result to be Out Soon

CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) is scheduled to release JEE Main 2018 result on April 30. JEE Main 2018 result will comprise actual marks secured in Paper I of the exam along with the status of candidates qualifying for JEE Advanced 2018.

The result would also contain All India Rank (AIR) and All India Category Rank of candidates. However, it may be noted that for admission in colleges accepting JEE Main scores, only All India Ranks of candidates will be used. All India Category Ranks will be mentioned in the result for information purposes only.

Candidates are informed that CBSE will not dispatch any score/ rank cards. Candidates have to download their score/ rank cards from the official website of JEE Main. To check JEE Main Paper I result candidates can follow the below-mentioned steps:

Step 1: Visit JEE Official website and open the result page.

Step 2: Enter roll number as well as date of birth in the space provided.

Step 3: Click on the Submit button.

JEE Main 2018 results will appear on the screen. Once the results are displayed, candidates need to download as well as take a print of their JEE Main 2018 score card.

JEE Main AIRs serve as a gateway for admission in many prestigious institutes of India. Candidates who meet JEE Main cutoffs of Paper I are eligible for admission in BTech courses offered at NITs, IIITs and CFTIs. However, candidates who manage to meet cutoffs of Paper II of JEE Main are also eligible to secure admission in BArch courses offered at different NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs across the country.  

JEE Main 2018 cutoff for JEE Advanced will be released once JEE Main results are declared by CBSE. Check JEE Main 2018 expected cutoffs here.

CBSE conducted Paper I and II of JEE Main offline exam on April 8, 2018. The online exam for JEE Main was conducted on April 15 and 16, 2018.
