by Pay Tabs PayTabs
Many business coaches emphasize the importance of user interface and user experience on your eCommerce website. There might be several reasons for it. Let’s have a look at it from the customer’s perspective.

Why do they come to your website and what prompts them to buy from your store?

Different psychiatrists have different opinions about it, but let’s have a look at the recent trends.  Urge for instant gratification and impulsive buying behavior are two of the most important factors that compel a person to perform online shopping.

If your ecommerce website doesn’t have the right user interface and lacks in terms of user experience, he might be annoyed and go back to the Google searches or to some other eCommerce store.

Don’t expect your customer to show any mercy in this case as the forces that bring them to your website are driven by psychiatric needs for instant gratification.

When a customer needs a product, he wants it instantly. He subconsciously knows that if it’s delayed, the desire can soon fade away from his mind.

That’s probably the reason why customer behaves so impulsively and impatiently.

A slight error in the functionality of an eCommerce website during the purchase process may actually put them off. It may even result into the customer bouncing off from your site.

An abandoned shopping cart is a frequently happening phenomenon across the world and most of the E-Commerce stores are fighting with this menace.

According to a research firm Statista, by August 2017, around 77% shopping carts related to incomplete retail orders were abandoned and customer never returned to those carts again.

A customer abandons a shopping cart when he decides to buy a product and takes it to the shopping cart, but somehow he changes his mind in the process and doesn’t complete the purchase. Now 77% abandoned shopping carts is a huge ratio and ecommerce store owners should be concerned about it.

If they are successful in reducing it even by 25%, it may translate into huge sums of profits.

Some online vendors hired management consultants to investigate why people abandon shopping carts and never complete their purchase.

To their surprise, it turned out that the elements of fear, lack of trust and credibility were the biggest issues behind these abandoned carts. The element of fear and lack of trust arises from poor user interface and payment gateway issues.

It becomes even more important as in online shopping environment, there is no manual interruption. If a customer is offended or annoyed, there is no way you can stop them from leaving the store.

Therefore, make sure that your Sadad Payment Gateway is properly integrated with your website. The gateway service provider should also take care of the fact that they offer extremely good customer services so that in case of any problem their experts immediately assist you and resolve the problem.

A few things to notice here are that your Sadad Payment Gateway should have good online reputation as far as security of transactions and customer services are concerned.

A small survey should be conducted to know the feedback of your friends and acquaintances, as it is extremely important.
