To encourage users to post as frequently as possible to its apps during the break, Meta is releasing as many updates for creators as it can as the holiday season draws near.

Today, Meta revealed several new features for Instagram creation, emphasizing Reels and Stories. These features include enhanced draft, updated audio components, and new filters.

First, Meta is expanding its library of English text-to-speech voices & text fonts and styles for your creations.

These new voice options will spark interest in text-to-speech, which has become a trend. Moreover, using alternative text fonts will increase your creative presentation options.

Meta is also testing the ability to use its GIF "Clip Hub" to add audio clips to Reels.

That will essentially give you the ability to incorporate well-known memes into your images and videos, offering you another entertaining way to create.

Moreover, Meta is upgrading its draft procedure:

We're offering you a streamlined view of all your saved draughts to make edit your work-in-progress reels easier. I'm not clear which draft you were working on. You will soon have the ability to schedule, rename, and preview your draft.

Which social media managers who post from their mobile devices may find to be extremely helpful.

Together with updating its search capabilities in the camera roll on your device—which now includes better previews and the ability to zoom and search—Meta is also releasing new photo filters, which come in a variety of tone shifts and styles.

Lastly, replay statistics are among the updates Meta is releasing for its Reels insights.

According to Meta, the term "Reels Plays" has also been updated to encompass replays as well as original plays. Your Reels Plays stats may rise as a result of that.

To better show how your clips are maintaining or losing viewer interest, Meta is also developing a new Retention Chart specifically for Reel content.

As mentioned, these are the most recent creation updates from Meta in preparation for the holiday push, and they are some useful additions.

Along with new audience control options for your feed posts and Reels, Meta also released new creation tools for Instagram Reels this week. Last month, the company added the ability to create stickers from images and engagement milestone badges for creators.

Meta is trying to take advantage of the fact that more people are scrolling through their social media feeds during the break, and these new options might encourage more people to check out Reels and Stories during that time.
