IAS 2017- Civil Services Exam 2017
IAS 2017 will be conducted by Union Public Service Commission. The candidates those who want to appear in the exam will have to apply for the same till the last date. The IAS application form 2017 received after the last date will not be accepted under any circumstances. The exam is expected to be conducted in the month of June 2017. IAS 2017 Important Dates:
The official notification for the exam is expected to be released on 22 February 2017. The final date for the submission of the application form will be 17 March 2017. The prelim IAS 2017 exam will be conducted on 18 June 2017 and the main exam on 28 October 2017. The dates for IAS 2017, provided here, are tentative. The candidates must keep themselves updated with the latest information.
IAS 2017 Eligibility Criteria:
The candidates those who want to appear in the exam will have to make sure that they are eligible as well. Without being eligible, the candidates will not be able to appear in the exam. To be eligible, they will have to satisfy all the eligibility criteria for the exam. The various conditions under the eligibility conditions for IAS 2017 are:
1. The candidates must have completed their graduation from a recognized University.
2. The upper age of the General candidates must be 32 years, for OBC categories be 35 years, for SC/ST category be 37 years, for PH candidates is 42 years.
3. Check the notification for the other eligibility related details as well.
To apply for IAS 2017, the candidates will have to submit the application form till the last date. After the last date, no application will be accepted under any circumstances. The application form will be available from 22 February 2017. It will be available via online mode only. The candidates will have to provide all the details in the form correctly and completely.
The candidates will also have to pay the application fee as well. The application fee for IAS 2017 is 100/-. The candidates can pay it via cash or net banking as well. The female candidates and those belonging to the reserved categories will not have to pay any application fee.
