If their eligibility matches with a course they are interested in, they can enrol easily by submitting their WSP participation form with their resume. The resume is then sent to the participating companies and selected candidates will be called for further interview process.

Training institutes offer a course for 12 to 18 months generally. During this, a candidate will be matched to a job according to his/her domain where they would be groomed. The session also includes training with the company who is interested in the candidate.
