4.    Uninstall and Reinstall Related Drivers:

First of all, open 'Device Manager. 'Then, expand 'Biometric devices' and then just right-click on the needed device. After this, you should choose the 'Uninstall' device. Here, you need to follow the given directions to finish the procedure. At this point, 'Restart' your computer system. Lastly, you will see that Windows will install a new related driver automatically.
