Mehrangarh Fort Overlooking the Blue City, the Mehrangarh Fort sits on a hilltop at a height of 125m above the city. One of the largest forts in India, Mehrangarh is an enormous fort enclosed within the thick walls. A tour to the fort will give you an idea of the magnificence of former Rajput rulers and their pompous lifestyle.

Umaid Bhavan Palace Constructed beautifully of yellow sandstone in Indo- Deco style, the ornate Umaid Bhawan Palace stands amongst the most beautiful palaces of India. It is one of the largest private residences in the world. A part of the Umaid Bhawan Palace is converted into a heritage hotel and is managed by the Taj Hotels. The rest of the hotel is a museum and also private residence of Maharaja Gaj Singh.

Mandore Gardens Situated on the outskirts of Jodhpur, the Mandore gardens is a heritage site housing cenotaphs of the deceased of the former royal family. Most prominent attraction of the garden is high rock terrace. A temple dedicated to 34 crore gods, a museum and the ‘Hall of Heroes’ are the other attractions of the Mandore gardens. Tourists get an opportunity to witness the architectural splendor of the bygone era.

Kailana Lake Constructed in the year 1872, the Kailana Lake is an artificial Lake commissioned by Pratap Singh. The surreal surroundings and the clear waters make this place an important tourist spot of the city. Kailana Lake also makes for perfect place for birdwatchers and tourists can even sail on a boat through the Lake admiring the beautiful backdrop.

Clock Tower The Clock Tower is the popular landmark of Jodhpur. A heritage piece, the monument is constructed right in the heart of the main market called Sadar Market which is also one of the great spots for shopping with around 7000 shops. 

Masuria Hills Garden As the name suggest it is a place situated above the Masuria Hills. The place is a beautiful garden with lush green surroundings providing a perfect sunset view. The Masuria Hills is a perfect place to take a break from the monotony of the city life and spend some peaceful moments.

Chamunda Devi Mandir Dedicated to Goddess Durga, the Chamunda Devi Mandir is located at the end of Mehrangarh Fort.  The temple is highly revered by the people of Hindu religion and millions of devotees visit the religious site particularly at the time of Dusshera.
