How to recover your password from Outlook or other e-mail programs

One thing to do when you change computers is to set up Outlook or other e-mail programs (Thunderbird, Outlook Express etc ...) that can be configured on the old PC a few years ago and it is not uncommon for you to forget your passwords of email boxes.
