How to Recover Deleted or Lost Photos from Android

Kate: I really need help. I did a factory reset last night, and lost all of my photos stored in my phone. Those pictures means a lot to me. I need to get them back asap, but having no idea how to? Could anyone give me some advice? Thanks in advance.

Katherine: I deleted my photos accidentally. I need a way to find them back. And I don’t have backup. Please don’t say such things like I should backup before. Otherwise, any suggestions would be particularly appreciated. I am willing to pay if it is necessary.
