Today I am here to teach you how to make pancakes, which to going to be delicious that you share with your family and friends. Today we are making the fluffiest, most delicious, buttermilk pancakes you have ever had in your life. These are super easy. Whip up in just a couple of minutes, and there is no reason not to treat yourself in the morning. Let's get started.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/3 cups of flour 160 g
  • One tablespoon baking powder
  • Two tablespoon sugar
  • One teaspoon salt
  • One egg
  • Four tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup of buttermilk.
  • Two teaspoons of pure vanilla extract

Instruction on how to make pancakes:

  • You have to add one and third cups or 160 g of all-purpose flour into a large bowl.
  • Now add one teaspoon of salt, two tablespoons of sugar, and a tablespoon of baking powder. Whisk all the ingredients together and set aside for some time.
  • And now add 1 cup of buttermilk in a measuring cup. Add two teaspoons of vanilla extract. If ingredients are cold, then pop all wet ingredients into the microwave for 45 seconds to warm up.
  • Add one egg into buttermilk. And whisk it up.
  • Add four tablespoons of melted butter. Whisk it up.
  • Before mixing everything in one bowl, make sure to turn your cooktop on low to start heating up.
  • Now pour the wet into dry and mix until just combined. If you over-mix, you are going to get like kind of a more bready, dense consistency, and if you activate that gluten, it can type like shirk back up.
  • All mixed in, no pockets of flour, and it's getting to roll in.
  • Butter your pan. Make sure the pan should non stick pan. As butter melted, add in about a third of a cup. If you made pancakes before, you know that the first one is not the prettiest, but it still is tasty.
  • Usually, pancakes are done because bubbles start forming on the top. If you are someone who likes to toss things in the pan like a big shot, don't do it for this recipe. They are so big and fluffy that they will slide you are gone to flatten them out. So carefully flip them over, don't get too much inertia involved there.
  • Now done with all the pancakes and ready for serve.

Tips for the recipe:

  • Do not mix your batter over. The little lumps in the recipe are okay and will easily dissolve when you cook the pancakes.
  • If you want more pancakes, then double your recipe.
  • If you have no buttermilk! No problem, stay easy and add a tablespoon of white vinegar or lemon juice in milk, whisk it up and set aside for 10 minutes.
  • You can make the best pancakes using room temperature of wet ingredients. If you want to make instantly, then microwave these wet ingredients for a few seconds to warm up.
  • If you are going to microwave the butter, then cover the butter bowl with a small plate.
  • If you are going to add blueberries and some chocolate, place all these at the end when you are mixing the wet ingredient and dry ingredients.
