Prepare a solid, completely level subfloor. If you already have one, clean it, wash it, dry it, and check for bulges and crates on it. If there are craters, use self-leveling compound to level the subfloor. Allow the compound to set properly before moving to the next step.
Start placing the tiles on the floor any other tile installation job.
For concrete look ceramic tile, or any other ceramic or porcelain tile, keep the space between tiles to 0.0025 inches. You could use a tile spacer to ensure uniformity in your installation.
Follow the tiling pattern you have determined.

Wait for the tiles and adhesive (or mortar) to set properly. Clean and wash the floor before walking on it.
