The head of the company will also get something from those courses since the employees will get a chance to improve their skills.

Therefore, the quality of the work that is done will increase dramatically. Yet, some people will not take that seriously, but the managers should not get too upset since not everybody is interested in learning something new if their job is just a routine for them.

For sure, the boss or the head of the department has to be involved in the company life and know the latest news as well as his workers' birthdays. It will help improve wellbeing in the workplace and better mutual understanding.
