As we know for good health we need to consume a certain amount of vitamins, proteins or minerals in order to stay healthy. As we know sex is the most important gift of human beings. Men's health concerns experienced by the male population. Men need to pay close attention to their health. They are at somewhat of a disadvantage because they are more close bad habits such as drinking and smoking and it leads to stress.

There are several health issues such as testosterone and prostate diseases which primarily affect only men. These are treatable and preventable diseases, which is why adult males are devised to undergo regular checkups and screening tests. The prostate gets bigger as a man gets older. Once it takes big shape, starts creating problems. Once people crosses 50 years of age, Prostate disease come into the existence. As people grow older, they are more likely to evolve problems with the prostate. Prostate cancer and BPH or benign prostatic hyperplasia are some common prostate diseases.

Prostate cancer is considered to be the third deadliest cancer in men which cause great problems. It is common in men as they cross the age of 40 years. Prostate cancer is primarily diagnosed using a prostate specific antigen test. Symptoms of Prostate cancer include low back pain, pain with ejaculation, and problems with urination such as leakage and pain. Treatment for prostate cancer depends on the stage at which the cancer was diagnosed and how fast the cancer has developed. Treatment options include surgery, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, and form of control.
