Switch from fruits to vegetables

Fruits are healthy because they have numerous nutrients and also act as antioxidant agents that protect us from harmful microorganism. The problem with fruits is their high sugar content. Consider vegies so as to reduce the calorie intake. The advantage of vegetables is their low sugar levels; still, they replenish the body with vitamins and nutrients that are found in fruits. So, there is nothing to lose by replacing fruits with veggies. Actually, you get an added advantage.
