Resetting Your Outlook Inbox Filter

• Many times your important emails can land in your junk, spam or trash folder instead of Inbox folder.
• Once you access account goto navigation bar containing Action folder

Check your Inbox Storage

• Must check your storage folder when you face the issue of send emails but can’t receive them.
• If your storage is full then delete all unwanted emails from your accounts folder which will free some memory for further mails.

Check Your Account’s Blocked Users List

• Try to make a check if you have blocked someone and forgotten to unblock.
• This situation may not allow you to send your mails to that user.
• Make sure you once check your block list and decide accordingly.
