How to fix Outlook not receiving email issue

Opening an Outlook email account can find no emails of
current date and time and face Outlook unable to send or receive emails or you

- Firstly go to Run by pressing 'Windows + R keys' altogether and type “Control” in it
- See 'OK' option and click it and then select 'Control Panel' and then select “User Accounts”
- Scroll down to ‘Mail Setup box' section via Mail option and tap on “Show Profiles”
- Click on Add option to create a new profile and named it and Then goto 'Choose Service' section and select “Manual Configure Server Setting”
- Hit the “Internet Email” and then select your Account Type as POP3
- Try to enter correct details in Incoming Server Setting and Outgoing Server Setting and choose Next and click on the "Finish" option to fix issue

Resetting Your
Outlook Inbox Filter
- Firstly apply some filters such as date, size, subject, etc and try to use latest version of Outlook that can easily manage your inboxes.

Junk, Spam, or Trash
- Many times your important emails can land in your junk, spam or trash folder instead of Inbox folder.
- Once you access account goto navigation bar containing Action folder

- Must check your storage folder when you face the issue of send emails but can’t receive them.
- If your storage is full then delete all unwanted emails from your accounts folder which will free some memory for further mails.
Check Your Account’s
Blocked Users List
- Try to make a check if you have blocked someone and forgotten to unblock.
- This situation may not allow you to send your mails to that user.
- Make sure you once check your block list and decide accordingly.
