How to Find a Good Company for Google Search Advertising?

Check for certifications:  

A good company should have Google partner status.  If the company has Google partner status then it means that the company has demonstrated Google ads skill and expertise and met Google ad spend requirements.  It also helps you to understand that the company’s active clients are achieving revenue growth and they are delivering on the promises.  This proves that the company is legit. 

Transparency is important: 

As search engine advertising in India is getting all the popularity, the search engine wants companies to be transparent with their clients, and the Google partner and individual certifications are thus essential. It is important to find out how much of the advertising budget was spent on Adwords, how many times it has appeared, and how many times users click on ads that will be included in the agreement.  The non-certified companies may not follow transparency and they would provide this to the client if the client doesn't understand this.  While working with the company, you should have access to all the reports and understand the terms such as metrics, click-through rate, keywords, account ad group structure, and so on.  You can also ask the company about the information they provide to their clients if you are not that sure. 

Contract time: 

Some companies provide fake information and lock the client into a long-term contract.  Advertising companies don't make money on the account until they are a few months into the campaign but if the company fails to perform then you may be at a loss.

They should be able to tell you about the test, metrics, and KPIs to validate the performance.
