If you’re watching Netflix via Netflix.com on your computer or any device, then you can enable captions or alternate audio of Netflix with these steps.

1. Start your computer.

2. Go to “netflix.com” with a web browser.

3. Log in to your Netflix account, if you’re already not. You need to enter your Netflix username and password for login.

4. After login, go through the TV shows or movies to find a video to watch.

5. Or, select your preferred show or movie and start playing it.

6. While the video is playing, take your mouse cursor over the screen.

7. Then click on the ‘Dialog’ (or message) icon.

8. Now, choose your preferred audio language or subtitles.

Now the movie or show will play in your selected language or display subtitles. The process may little vary according to the devices you’re using. To turn off captions or audio language, follow the same steps, and deselect or select the other option.
