How to clear your print queue:

1)To open the Run box, simultaneously hit the Windows logo key and R on your keyboard.

 2) Type "services.msc" into your keyboard's Enter key. The Services window will open as a result.

 3. Double click on the Print Spooler tab.

 4) Select OK before clicking on the Stop option.

 5) Minimize the Services window before launching File Explorer by simultaneously pressing the Windows logo key and E on your keyboard.

 6) To access the location where the print jobs are stored, copy and enter the address -%windir%\System32\spool\PRINTERS - into the address bar and hit Enter on your keyboard.

 7) Remove every file from this folder.

 8) Go back the Services window and double click on Printer setup  Spooler

 9) Press the Start menu. To save the modification and exit this dialog box when the service has been launched, click OK.

 10) Shut down your computer and close any windows that are open.

 11) Unplug the power cord from your printer and turn it off.

12) Give your printer a minimum of a minute's rest.

 13) Attach the printer's power cord and switch it on.

 14) Switch on your PC. Next, see if you can print with your Epson printer.
