1 Drawing the chit: There will be a box containing the names of all the colleagues. You have to draw one chit that will show the name of the person you have to present a gift. Sometimes the chit may read the name of the colleague, whom you may know only by name. When you don't have clues of what the person might actually like, you can sense the taste of the person from the clues he might have left on the chit. Ask your colleague to write Harry- Harry Potter lover, Hanna- gadget lover, etc.

2. Picking an awesome gift: It is a cakewalk for you if you already know the person for quite some time. If he is a stranger, things can get harder. To make it so Christmas, you can explore a little about that friend. He would have posted a lot about him on Facebook that will help you choose a perfect gift for him. If you can't get any clues from social media, you can go to a nearby shop or search online for some gift that will make him happy.

3. Ask colleagues to fill in the details: If your company is a small one, you can distribute chits to all and ask their likes and dislikes. Keep it separate from the box containing the names. When an employee picks somebody's name, draw an equivalent chit from this box too to understand the person's likes and dislikes. This way, you can select the perfect gift for your colleague.

4. Exchange gifts: On the day of Christmas celebration, assemble all the employees of the organization in one room. Ask the person who has taken initiative for the Christmas Santa game to start it by gifting to the assigned person. This way, you can make the occasion memorable.
