How do people live over 100 years old?

Several factors as to why people are living beyond a century.
Some of the reason why some people are living longer are obvious. While some remain a mystery why certain segments of populations live longer..

  1. Staying active may have topped out the list as a body in motion is keeping the body at an optimum level and transporting more oxygen throughout the body while keeping muscles in shape.
  2. Diet of people that live to a long age usually were centered around lots of different vegetables while some meats were incorporated into diet they did not play a major part of the meal.
  3. Stayed engaged mentally and socially keeping involved in family activities and being with friends.
  4. Drinks lots of pure fresh water some areas had access to high quality water while other residents were depending on city water usually they had some high quality filtration at the source.  How good is your water? In conclusion living a long happy life means having a strong social bond with family or friends.  Allot about living is having something to live for. When it comes to eating habits a good rule of thumb is to read the labels. If you read an ingredient that you don't know about then don't eat it.. Say no to soda and drink more tea.  When you eat try to incorporate different colors of vegetables to your meals.  Salads can taste great if prepared correctly raw foods are the way to go.

To one who is born death is certain .There are other vital factors effecting aging or longevity besides what have ben alluded to in the article which I have liked See none of the Kings and Emperors lived long upto 100 it is queer to infer that food gives Longevity !

VpsMalhotra when science studies these ancient remedies. They then take credit and throw a patent on it and mark it up like they created it. It should be illegal to stake a claim in something that was part of the heritage of another people.
