Consoling their families: Sometimes the families of the patient get very much disturbed by the condition of patient. At that time you have to comfort them and give them emotional support to overcome that situation.
Performing their duties well while coping calmly with the odd situations: At times the situations become quite difficult for nurses if the patient is very stubborn or in extreme pain or so. But you have to keep in mind that you have to do your job perfectly and it is for the patient’s betterment.
Good communication with patient, his family and doctor as well: It’s the responsibility of the nurse to know the patient’s condition and then provide him the appropriate medical aid. So, she needs to have a proper communication with the patient and good coordination with the doctor for that.
Act promptly as per the situation: Being a nurse several times you may have to decide the things instantly to cope up with the patient’s conditions.
