Gurgaon Master Plan 2025, 2031 & 2040
by Prem K. Content WriterGurgaon (Gurugram) Urban Planning - Manesar Urban Complex 2031, has been developed taking into account the expected growth of the city up to 2031 in order to modify the Master plan 2031 of Gurgaon and extend the target year from 2031 to 2040. As opposed to the previous population density of 100 people per acre, the new rules compute a population density of 120 people per acre.
Sectors 58 to 115 are the new sectors for which the draught plan is now being developed, allowing for the creation of new provisions if necessary. The availability of land for development and routes for new growth corridors has increased as a result of the Gurgaon-Manesar Master Plan 2040.
The old part of Gurgaon is made up of Sector 8, 11, 12, 12A, and Palam Vihar. Among the most developed HUDA sectors in Gurgaon are Sectors 4, 5, 14, 15, 29, 56, and 57. Prime residential locations with the highest real estate prices include DLF Phase IV, Sushant Lok I-III, and Golf Course Road. Sectors 102 to 113 in New Gurgaon and Sectors 76 to 95 along the NH-8 that connects Gurgaon to Manesar are where the two major clusters are located.
