Grab the fun with t20 cricket games

This sport has captivated millions of minds of the nation. Whenever there is match going on, everybody is glued to the television. Especially during vital matches, there is not a single person on the streets. It seems as if a curfew has struck at five in the evening. This sport has brought up new and new systems. There are One day Internationals (ODIs), test matches and now the latest sensation is the T20 cricket games.

The crowd will claim that it is not just a sport, it an integral part of their lives. It is almost equivalent to devotion. As a matter of fact, every third kid in the country dreams at least once in his life to become a cricketer. This sport is very anticipating since nobody can tell what will happen till the last ball. The game is so engaging that you might forget you have put hot iron on your clothes; or that you have kept milk for boiling and forgot it on the stove. But when you are watching a match and getting engrossed in the Cricket Fantasy, everything else is excused.

The motive behind bringing up a match with just 20 overs is because it ends quickly. Yes, there are other intentions as well. For instance, you can test the abilities of the players at narrow situations. It is not an easy job to score 150 runs by a team in just 20 overs. And if a team manages to score that much, it is again very difficult to chase. ICC introduced the T20 cricket games so that nations can compete against each other on a more challenging platform. It is held once in two years and the venue of the series is also different during every year.

This concept later on shaped a new series called Indian Premiere League (IPL). This league integrates players only from the nation but from all over the world. This is scenario is same as football clubs. Like one cheers for Manchester UTD, there are cheers for Mumbai Indians during IPL. Likewise there are teams of all major cities from India. There are auctions where the players are sold according to their flair and past performances. Thus the t20 cricket games have received a larger fan base due to initiations like IPL.

First it was just a sport. Later on it turned into a sensation. This sensation acquired innovation. And these innovations gave rise to only one emotion; the emotion of patriotism. Even though it is just a match played at the stadium, it brings the entire nation together. The whole country is one during the world cup series; giving encouragement to the players; holding banners and posters. The cricket fantasy brings us together for competition as well as celebration.
