Move on and keep running till you can see skeletons with level 25 for you to train levels to 30. Keep training till you see some zombies with level 18, which will help you level to 30.

 

Then you should make your way up to west gate of Varrock. You can use the brass key open the door and climb down the stairs which is a shortcut to Edgeville Dungeon. Some hill giants are here with excellent exp points to gain and good drops to pick up. You can stay training till level 45. Then you can return to the sewers in Varrock. Go through the path with a knife that is used to kill spider webs. When you see some moss giants, you can kill them to earn a fair amount of hp and exp. You should train levels to 50 and go to the Falador to kill some white knights or you upgrade your weapon and armor to go to blurite cave to kill ice monsters to train to 55.

 

If you want to level 99, you should kill a lot of ice giants with leve 52 and ice warriors with level 57. If you are free players with free runescape accounts, it is suggested you go to Lesser Demons to kill some lesser demons to gain exp and train high levels.
