The  Mazda Biante has three seating rows and a power sliding door that automatically opens. It offers a spacious cabin with a flexible seating layout that can be slid towards each other to create a bench-like seat that can accommodate three passengers or can be split apart. While the third row has three seating capacities with decent legroom and can also be increased when the middle row seats move forward. The Biante air condition has four vents placed at the ceiling and features a single-zone climate control with a Panasonic ion generator which is good and effective at eliminating odors.

The Biante offers two common trims or grades: the 20CS and 20S while other markets offer five trims such as the 20S, 20C, 20CS, 23S, and Granz. The lowest trim level is the 20CS/20S with fewer features compared to the 20S trim which is equipped with i-stop features. The Granz trim was launched in 2011 and fitted with new features like LED taillights, a bigger grille, a new bumper, and a Panasonic Alleru allergy buster.
