Gabriel Fernandez’s siblings Testimony helped to convict Him

Closely following what transpired and led to the killings of Gabriel Fernandez, there are details that the two siblings, Virginia and Ezequiel Fernandez lived in a very troubled home full of fear. The younger brother, Gabriel Fernandez was constantly accused of being Gay after he was raised by his guy uncle and the partner. His mother and Boyfriend, Isauro Aguirre tortured the boy forcing him to eat rotten foods, cat Litter and his own vomit.

This documentary takes on all the details of this young Boy, what the boy went through and how his death knocked. The documentary has also highlighted the role of his two siblings in the trials. Ezequiel and Virginia Fernandez played a key role in the prosecution of the perpetrators.

The Trials of Gabriel Fernandez is a docu-series that featured all the key players in this case. It’s also of interest because it’s not only Pearl Fernandez and her Boyfriend  who were convicted. Social workers were also convicted for murder for their inability to protect the child. The testimonies for the social workers is featured in the documentary and despite the fact that they were all regretful of what happened, they were admitted as part of the case.

Gabriel Fernandez’s sibling role in the trials

At the time of his death, Gabriel Fernandez had two brothers that were living at the apartment at the same time. The two siblings, Virginia and Ezequiel Fernandez were called to testify. Since these two were below the adult age, they were only introduced behind the cameras. The brother to Gabriel Fernandez was only introduced as Ezequiel.

The two siblings brought details that the abuse against Gabriel worsened during the last few months. The minor would be locked away in a Box and Ezequiel was not allowed to bring him anything to eat. The Box was in their mother’s bedroom. Gabriel Fernandez was not allowed to get outside or interact with the other siblings. According to the details revealed by his siblings, he was also not allowed to use the Toilet. He was gagged and forced to sleep in the Box.

Worst of all, his two siblings revealed that Gabriel Fernandez would be forced to eat cat Litter and his own vomit. He would be beaten with a belt and shot with a BB gun. The teeth were knocked out with a bat. The siblings claimed that the boy was also not allowed to eat good food, he would be forced to eat rotten foods and take cold baths. He was also subjected to pepper spray.

Another important detail is that the two siblings revealed that they were forced by their mother to lie to the social, workers. In this situation, Ezequiel said that he was concerned that her mother would do the same thing to him.
