Five Things to Do in Singapore

by Jack Smith Digital Marketer

Singapore is a great place to play outside and get some sun, but it can also be a very romantic destination. If you are looking for somewhere special to enjoy with someone special, consider five romantic dates in Singapore. They are all great for Singapore natives but visitors can also plan them during their trip:

1. Sunset Cruise to the South Islands

You can go out to the southern islands during the day and dive into the lagoons, but be sure to take the trip at night so that you can watch the most spectacular sunset ever in the arms of your lover. You can also jump off the boat and enjoy a nice swim in the dark. There is nothing more romantic than that!

These night cruises usually last about four hours, so you have some daylight time to enjoy the islands as well. Make sure you sit back and enjoy the unique experience when it's time for sunset.

2. Couple Spa Date

There are some very luxurious spas in Singapore that allow you to book a special date in their facilities. You can spend a few hours showing, bathing, and just massaging in peace. There is nothing more rejuvenating than a day at the spa and the only thing that is better is to rejuvenate together at the spa.

You may need to plan your date in advance as the best spas have limited space. They are more private than any spa you have ever visited.

3. A couple of Artistic Photography Session

There is nothing more special than to document your love forever. You plan to spend the rest of your life together, so why not spend a few hours dressing up, posing for photos, and just enjoying each other?

An artistic photoshoot of a couple will last at least a few hours, so you will have more than enough time to really bond and capture the special moments on film. It flows a lot of love between you, but it takes some time to get it out and make it presentable to the world.

An afternoon to photograph and pose together is an afternoon you can spend all alone, away from everyone else in the world. Forget the photographer is there. Forget about the staff. It's just you and that special someone who loves someone else. The pictures you get at the end of the session will be extraordinary and memorable.

4. Couple Dance Lessons

Ballroom dancing is big in Singapore, so why not learn alongside your treasure? If you live in Singapore, you can buy packages of lessons that will last you a few months or more. This is like planning a few months' dates in advance so you know you are spending a lot of time together.

This is the perfect idea for a couple just to get to know each other. You have planned your dates out and can spend this time falling more and more in love. If you have been together for a long time, then these dance classes can really pay off when it's time to plan your wedding.

Dance classes can also be just a way to spend time together having fun!

5. Hiking on St. John's Island

Head down south to St. John's Island and get lost in the trails for an afternoon. Make sure to sit down for a picnic lunch and feed one another before you head back to the mainland.
