The Ruth Program believes that there is a solution for every situation, and aims to bridge the gap for women in need who have no voice. The new program has the remedy to solve many of these unfortunate circumstances.

The requirements for a single woman's eligibility for the program are a women not raising children and her only handicap is her financial limitations.
