Though winters in Phoenix can be relatively mild, there may be occasional snowfall during nighttime but summers are quite long and hot.

It is possible to go for weeks when the temperature remains over almost 100°F during day, and night also does not cool down much.

Phoenix is 6th most populous city of the country, and there are 25 and more cities and towns in Phoenix metro area. It is 12th most populous area of the country. Here people deal with heat, just like northeastern U.S people deal with snow and ice during winter.

Crowd will be less

Most of the visitors usually crowd over here during winter seasons and therefore there are always too much crowd.

As most other cities of the USA have cooler climates, on the other hand the climate at this place will be like air-conditioned. You can visit to various restaurants and other places which will be cool.

You can escape from both heat and cold climate unless you are trying to hike in the desert, which is not advisable too.

You will also find many different bands available for ballet, theater, opera and symphony and during summer time and there will be many of the big names often hosting their program.
