Basically the simple formula is diet, training, supplementation, cardio, and rest.


First step is your diet. Let's begin by grabbing a garbage bag and donating all of those unwanted sugars, high calorie, and low nutritional value groceries to a homeless shelter or better yet one of your friends who's easily influenced and has a better physique than you. Next is the fun part, develop a weekly menu of what you are going to eat and shop accordingly to that menu and stick to it.

And resting ensures that you don't overwork your muscles and enable the food you eat to travel to the designated body groups for activation of muscle growth and fat loss.
