This is Abdul Wasik Ab Rahman from UAE. My roots are in India but I was born and brought up in Dubai. Recently I have been to India for my eye transplant surgery, which was a huge success. A healthy eye is a blessing of Almighty God but we barely understand when our sight or vision is on stake due to some disease in the eye. I was caught with one such problem and my doctors said that my eyesight will not be back unless I will get my eye transplanted. So, with passing time, I got the dwan of my surgery and soon I was in the OT for the transplant surgery. It went smooth without any complication and I was shifted back to the general ward with little bit of postoperative medication to give me the comfort I needed after the surgery. Things went smooth and I was back to my normal life now. I now wish to thank my doctor who carried out the surgery along with the hospital medical team who took great care of me.
