Nissan Motor is among the famous Japanese automakers whose brand speaks for itself. Nissan has outstanding line-ups for off-road driving, luxury, and family cars, from sedan, hatchback, minivan to SUV. Now, let us take a look at some of the cheapest Nissan vehicles.


Nissan Lafesta ($1,160 ~)

The Nissan Lafesta is a minivan mainly built for the Japanese market from 2004 to 2012 and the second generation from 2011 to 2017. The 1st generation Lafesta comes equipped with 2.0L MR20DE I4 while the 2nd generation comes with 2.0L MZR LF-VD I4, 2.0L MZR LF-VDS I4, 2.0L MZR LF-VE I4 (AWD), 2.0 L SKYACTIV-G (PE-VPS) I4 petrol engines. The interior is spacious and offers more comfort with a well-positioned seat. The exterior features horizontal chrome grille on the front with dual power sliding back doors for easy entry/exit and easily operable, versatile seat configurations. The Lafesta delivers an average fuel economy of 16.0km/L.

Nissan Clipper Van ($1,090 ~)

The Nissan Clipper Van was also a rebadged version of Prince’s “Clipper” light/medium-duty commercial vehicle range. In 2012, the Clipper Van van acquired its facelift and was renamed the NV100 Clipper (van). The all-new Nissan Clipper Van features enhanced facilities, including a folding front passenger seat mechanism and a high-performance car alarm. It delivers best-in-class turning performance with a minimum turning, allowing smooth handling when turning into narrow streets, taking parallel parking, or backing into a garage.

Nissan Vanette Van ($2,230 ~)

The Nissan Vanette Van has a back-view camera for easy parking in close-fitting spaces, intelligent keys, power windows, and some safety features like an electronic brake force distribution, and airbags. The Nissan Vanette Van offers 5 engine options: A12 1.2L I4, A14 1.4L I4, A15 1.5L I4, Z20 2.0L I4 petrol engine, and LD20 2.0L I4 diesel engine, linked to a 3-Speed automatic or 4-speed manual transmission. The fuel consumption ranges around 8.9 Km/L, making as one of the most fuel-efficient vans.

Nissan Murano ($2,320 ~)

The Nissan Murano is a midsize crossover SUV produced in 2002. The Nissan Murano has received numerous recognition and awards for its outstanding features. It can accommodate up to 5 passengers and is convenient for transporting people or cargo. The Nissan Murano offers a 3.5L V6 cylinders petrol engine with a power of 191 kW and torque of 336 nm, attached to a CVT with fuel economy of 9.1Km/L.

Nissan Serena ($2,090 ~)

The Nissan Serena is a 5-door minivan introduced in 1991 with numerous generations of improvements. The Nissan Serena has been in production for 5 generations, and the latest MkV C27 has been marketed since 2016-present. The Serena’s exterior appearance comes with 4 headlights, large front grille, large roof, and a large windscreen that reduce blind spots. Nissan Serena features roomy cabin with 8 quality soft-touch seats, a stylish dashboard, bright lights for interior visibility, and central console with space for other small items. Nissan Serena is equipped with a 2.0L MR20DD DI I4, attached to an Xtronic CVT, and offers a power capacity of roughly 145hp with a fuel consumption of 15.2 km/l.

Nissan Wingroad ($1,230 ~)

The Nissan Wingroad is a 5-door wagon manufactured from 1996 to 2018 when it was discontinued. The Wingroad Y12 came with a sporty and stylish appearance while making full use of the wagon functions. The Y12 offers 1.5L 4-cylinder HR15DE engine producing 109 hp with fuel consumption of 18.1 Km/L or the 1.8L 4-cylinder HR18DE producing 125 hp with fuel consumption of 12.8 Km/L. These engines power by 4-speed automatic or 5-speed manual transmission, with CVT and e4WD (AWD) options.

Nissan Tiida ($1,370 ~)

The Nissan Tiida was sold for two generations as a hatchback and sedan from 2004 to 2012 offering roomy cabin with enough legroom and multiple storage sections. It comes with CD player, Alloy wheels, Power windows and lock, Woodgrain accents, Leather interior, Keyless entry, and Fog lights. The Nissan Tiida offers three engine options: HR15DE 1.5L I4 engine, HR16DE 1.6L I4 engine, and MR18DE 1.8L I4 engine, mated to a 4-speed automatic or CVT, not a 4-speed CVT), a 5-speed manual, or 6-speed manual transmission. The fuel consumption ranges around 16 km/L – 20 km/L.

Nissan Note ($1,750 ~)

The Nissan Note is a 5-door hatchback with well-arranged interior and features some plastic finishing. The driver can efficiently adjust the seat position with plenty of headroom and legroom and the cargo space can expand to 1084L with the back seats folded. The latest Note from 2012 to 2020 JDM came with 1.2L I3-cylinder HR12DE or HR12DDR, offering fuel consumption of 20 KM/L. The Note offers ESC, seatbelt reminder buzzer, 6 airbags, and the optional Nissan Safety Shield, with 360-degree camera, blind-spot assistance, moving object detection, and lane-departure warning. 

Nissan Ad Van ($1,680 ~)

The Nissan Ad Van is built for transporting cargo and humans with some major transformations over the years. The Nissan Ad Van came with CR12DE 1.2L l4 (Nissan AD only), HR16DE 1.6L I4, HR15DE 1.5L l4, and MR18DE 1.8L I4. It can be used as both a passenger or cargo van thanks to the comfort levels and the spacious booth space. The fuel consumption is around 11.9 Km/L.

Nissan March ($2,290 ~)

The Nissan March was revealed in 1983 that can carry 5 passengers and is best suited for short urban driving. The Nissan March featured 2 three-cylinder 1.2L HR12DE and HR12DDR engines with 6 airbags, 3 Point seat belts, and ESC. The March also comes with numerous storage facilities and a boot that is large enough to accommodate a few luggage, and can be increased by folding the back seats.
