Each new dish takes inspiration from her culinary studies and upbringing in the Provence region of France, and recreates the flavors, textures, and aromas of traditional French cooking for you, without the use of any animal products. 

Each new dish has also been developed to showcase to you the diversity and richness of plant-based ingredients, and—with the menu—Caron is expanding her repertoire to include a greater range of classic French appetizers and desserts, remade completely plant-based.
