Throughout the history of mankind, communication became the establishing point of developing civilization, globalization and economy. If we were to trace the development of localities into countries and states, all the factors were based on one basic factor language and communication. As and how language became the reason for communication replacing sign language and such, humans evolved from basic animals to the beings today. Communities shared their knowledge and practice with language and communicating became essential for basic supplies, barter system, economic development and cultural exchange. In the age of digitalization, communication has evolved to another stage of online networking and smart phones and internet topping the charts for communication means.

Social networking involves no physical proximity or contact; it is based on communicating via chat messages, audio and video calls. Deciding on profile pictures, albums, short videos and a lot more to establish oneself as a social person online are the ingredients. The world online has moved ahead of just communication business online, online music sites and hd desktop backgrounds are some of the examples of services people avail online. Hence, the essential of communication have also changed but the core and motive remains the same. It is about understanding others and finding the best ways to present our point of view and emotions to the person in front or in most cases now; person who is online. There are some essential guidelines that need to be carefully over viewed.

Communication is based upon first and foremost, clarity of tone, language and voice. The clarity is essential for understanding and communicating. The second factor for effective communication is completeness of the message. If you write an incomplete phrase the meaning is open ended, and while communication beyond art and literature it is better to complete you phrase so that there is no room for presumption or misconception. Try to phrase a complete and clear message for better understanding and response. One thing that matters more is the tone while you verbally communicate, which decides for the listener the undertone of the message. While communicating online or written form; it is essential to use vocabulary suitable to the message, the selection of the words decide what kind of response you might face. As the key for survival in such a socially network optimized world, communication has other means like pictures and videos, the way you conduct yourself, and the body language also then become important factors. Finally the formation of sentence or message, which phrase you place first and which in the last will be the judge of the reaction. It is always better to work and communicate in accordance with the kind of result you wish to see.
