Enable Less Secure App on Gmail Account

You can enable the option in Gmail and for that, log in to your account at Gmail.com and then, open another tab and then, go to Less Secure Apps settings and choose “Turn on”/”Enable”.

- First of all, sign in to your Google Admin Console by using administrator account credentials
- From the Admin Home page, go to the Security and Less Secure Apps
To apply the settings to everyone just leave the top organizational chosen unit. Well, you can choose Configuration group or organizational unit.
Choose the settings for Less Secure Apps and for that:
- Disable access to the less secure applications
- Users cannot enable access to less secure applications
When you disable access to the less secure applications and the less secure app has not secure connection with a user account then, the app will automatically time out when it tries to refresh the connection. Timeout session depends on per apps.
It allows the users to manage their access to the less secure apps and users also can enable or disable access to the less secure apps by clicking on Save.
