No need to put it back in the box or pay return shipping. After your year trial period expired, you are protected by Dreamcloud’s “Everlong Warranty” which is one of the strongest in the industry. Under this warranty, they can come clean your mattress if need be.

Below is an unboxing video of the Dreamcloud. As you can see it comes compressed in a box but that doesn’t mean it is any less quality than other luxury hybrid memory foam mattress.
