Premises liability is a sort of liability for a landowner for arranging of certain contracts or torts that is very much likely to occur on the real property. But we do have some expectation at least a reasonable expectation of the owner of the building or property of not being injured while they enter into the premises of the owner. So it can be easily understood that the property owner cannot avoid the responsibilities by not making the places safe for visitors, lest should not meet with any of the hazards while entering into the premises.It is the property owner who will be responsible to protect the guests and all residents legally on the premises from any foreseeable harms. One thing is to keep in mind that how far we are   at liberty to sue against the property owner if any accident occurs due to his uncared attitude towards making the premises more safe and healthy.

If the facts of this matter really reveal that it is the very much failure of the property or the apartment complex owner to provide the adequate security to protect those on the premises, then the victim's family may sue against them and can at the same time can seek justice and can also decide to go for a legal claim for his unwanted and wrongful death.

But whatever the case may be they are to be acceptable to judges before a court.
