Digital Bangladesh is a dream concept to take Bangladesh in a state where the country will operate all of his business processes both in public and private sector electronically like a technologically developed country. The processes shall be implemented by both physical electronic devices and the software embedded within the devices. A generic example can be a computer hardware and software inside it and with some communication networks. These three aspects shall work on information. The concept is originated by the current government of Bangladesh at the time of writing the article in 2011 and has a lot of opportunities to make the dream true. There are opportunities because many hardware, software and network engineers who are really qualified have been working now in the software, hardware, pharmaceuticals, banking, telecom and few others industries. And the IT sector is growing but has specialization to implement the concept. So I believe that government can easily implement their concept by making some regulatory acts which will enforce these industries to become fully digitalize where the implementation job will be performed by the skilled manpower that organizations can easily hire.
